  1. SUMMARY:  The summary sheet serves as the Charter for your project.  It contains vital information such as start/finish date, milestones, deliverables, budget, customer, etc.
  2. DASHBOARD: Auto formatted charts that calculate metrics from the other sheets as you populate the data.  It is a ready-made built in report to make communication a breeze!
  3. FINANCIALS:  Formatted so that you can generate a spend plan by populating costs for labor, material, and other cost that feeds charts for hours and dollars tracking.
  4. ACTION ITEMS:  A great task tracker.  It has fields for owner, due date, % complete and more.
  5. RISK REGISTER:  Track risks ranked red, yellow, green with owners and mitigation plans.  
  6. CHANGE LOG:  Track changes to the project and document the impact.  This is helpful for explaining unplanned activity and overages.
  7. LESSONS LEARNED:  Track lessons learned throughout the life of the project so they can be implemented on future projects.
